Where can I find product dimensions?
Every product page includes detailed dimensions under the "Details" heading. We recommend measuring doorways, stairwells, and elevators before you order. Dimensions are listed in inches and may vary ± one inch.

Does EQ3 use flame retardants?
No. We removed flame retardants from our products in 2014 due to environmental concerns.

Do any products require assembly?
Some items do require assembly. For a seamless experience, our White Glove service delivers your furniture, assembles it in your home, and removes all packaging. Simply select this option at checkout.

Are prices subject to change?
Yes. All prices shown are suggested retail and may be updated without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, delivery, or assembly fees. 

What do I need to return or exchange an item?

You will need the original receipt or order confirmation email. Products must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging, when possible.
